Our Shipping Standards Policy
First, we have rules and policies in place to protect both parties involved. We understand that you need your vinyl and understand we need and want your continued business. We DO NOT try to hold up orders. We want your order out of our hands as soon as possible to make room for new orders to come in. We get several thousand orders a week because of the extra low sales we offer. We strive to get orders out as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy is a crucial and integral part of the Vinyl business in general. It is literally part of our name Vinylshippers.com. We, our site, as vinyl shippers and users of many fine vinyl products realize how important it is to get our orders out for everyone ranging from soccer moms to the auto decal makers. Everyone matters to us and we would very much like you to read over our shipping policy at this time.
First, users you may be wondering how much shipping is. We proudly ship to the United States, Puerto-Rico, and Canada for now. We offer military shipping with APO addresses. United States and Puerto-Rico has a flat rate of $7.95, but users can have free shipping with orders $65.00 dollars or more. Canada shipping rates are calculated in your shopping cart, and free shipping does not include Canada at this time.

3 Day Guarantee Shipping
We offer a “3-day Guarantee” shipping to our customers. This policy does not mean that you will get your order in 3 days. In simple layman’s terms, here is how it works. The 3-day Guarantee is only applicable on Regular Priced items. Any clearance or sale items are not covered under the 3-day guarantee. From the time your order is placed, we will guarantee to have all regular priced items from your order shipped out of our warehouse and scanned in the post office system within 3 days (72-hours Monday-Friday). First Class packages are excluded from this as they are most of the time ONLY show scanned when they are delivered. Our website is set up to mark all items that we might be out of at the time asOut of Stock. If for some reason we lack a certain regular priced product in stock at the time your order is filled, we will refund that part of the customer’s order and after it is back in stock we will mail it 100% FREE-no questions asked.

How Long is the Delivery Process being a frequently asked question.
Items are usually shipped out within 72 hours of it being packaged. (Special Circumstances include weekend orders, clearance and sales items, items ordered during holidays, and all extenuating clerical mistakes or website malfunctions.)
Usually everything is pulled, filled, and packaged within a reasonable time. We then ship it immediately. Sometimes it may take longer than expected to arrive. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but it is a rarity for delays to happen. Most often users can check his/her ORDER HISTORY by logging into his/her account any time to view ORDER STATUS. Emails are sent out with order and tracking information if correct email is in our site’s system. Please contact us if you experience any technical difficulties with these processes. We are always trying to do the best by our customers.

Where is my package being shipped from?
We cut, package, and ship all our stuff from our warehouse location in the Commonwealth State of Virginia. We are in located Wytheville Va.
Shipping/Mailing Process: Most of our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. On special occasion, we may ship an item “First Class” if it does not weigh over 16 oz (1lb). Orders over $65 are shipped automatically free and Priority Mail.
Order Problems
Please be advised that we record every order that is placed with us. From the time it is cut and packaged up until it leaves the warehouse, our CCTV Security Cameras are recording.
In the event the user believes his/her order has a type of problem such as damaged items or missing pieces, he/she can contact us at our email sales@vinylshippers.com . We can also be contacted via Facebook Messenger under the name Vinylshippers.com. Please do not post on our wall about your order as we are unable to help you in a public forum/post. If contacting us about an order, have its information for quick reference, a picture of shipping receipt and contents (if valid to the situation), and your name and contact info. We will respond to queries if we receive the information in the listed ways we have requested.
Items that are not received must be checked first with user’s local delivery personnel via United States Postal Service. For some reason, your problem is not resolved by this point, contact us in the above-mentioned ways so we can expedite a solution for any inconveniences that may have happened because of human error. We will review our CCTV footage to diligently try to solve reasonable problems and fix them. Please be aware that any type of fraud will not be tolerated and all access to our site will be denied and user may possibly get prosecuted for said fraud or any criminal acts that is covered under user’s judiciary system.
